Our 20th!

This here as you can see is the 20th post aniversary, I've taken the honourable opportunity to have experienced the immensely joyful 10th post aniversary as well as the 100th click aniversary. How lucky have I been? Too bad the other food groups are not lucky as I have been. I pity them very much. Life is just unfair =D.

Gratitude
Gratitude celebrates our connections with other beings and our capacity to offer mutual support. It is grounded with wisdom that we are neither independant nor self sufficient. Learning to appreciate every single thing that happens as a potential source of insight and growth is one of the key ingredients for a happy life. Saying 'thank you' is a simple expression of gratitude, but it reassures another person that they have the capacity to contribute to our well being. This boost confidence and self-respect, and can continue to inspire them to continue being kind.
